Raw Vegan Chocolate Macaroons!

These vegan chocolate macaroons are absolutely delicious! I have no doubt that they will become one of your favorites in no time. Here is what you need….


3 cups dried, unsweetened coconut flakes

1 1/2 cups cocoa powder

1 cup grade B maple syrup

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1/3 cup coconut butter

1/2 teaspoon sea salt, optional


How to create:

In a large bowl combine all the ingredients and mix well. Using an ice cream scoop or a large spoon, scoop out balls of the dough and place onto dehydrator screens. Dehydrate at 115 degrees for 12 to 24 hours, or until crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside…….Enjoy!
